30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If your purchase is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 calendar days. No reason is required for an eligible return.

To start a return, contact Ember & Pine using the store contact information on your order confirmation and include your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please return the product with all included components and original packaging. For hygiene and safety, items that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing included components may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos or video so we can help. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
